Lindsay is the real deal! I had very specific requirements that were nonnegotiable, Lindsay helped me not only to figure out what exactly I was looking for, but also continued to deliver different options. She is very patient and understands the importance of purchasing a home. I have a time-consuming job and often struggle to meet deadlines/forget details with things outside of work. Lindsey stayed on top of me to help remind me of everything that I needed to accomplish. She helped negotiate an incredible deal for my benefit. She also helped to connect me with some fabulous contractors who actually showed up and completed very nice work. I cannot recommend her enough!

I’m not going to try to tell you how you should feel about a realtor. I’m not going to use a bunch of fancy allegories to describe how my experience was. Let me be, direct. Lindsay made buying our home so easy. We live about 8 hours away and really didn't have the ability to drive back and forth to see different houses. She worked with my requests, never strayed or tiptoed through something that would have been a “maybe” for us. There were a few homes that I thought to myself, “Oh I can fix that up.” She was firm with me that the costs of fixing it up would outweigh the savings in taking an older home. I needed to be reined in a few times when it came to loftier goals. I hope that we don't have to buy another house for a while, but if we do I know who I plan on working with. She (Lindsay) never made me feel like I was a paycheck. She made sure that we were in our budget and also made sure that we were not buying a money pit.
